As our expansion into North America continues, we are seeking an experienced and diligent 'Account Executive' to join our global business.

About The Job

We are seeking a talented Account Executive (AE) based in New York City who will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business primarily in the Northeast Region. The AE will identify, nurture and close opportunities with both new customers and existing customers, manage forecasts and track customer data. The AE will work cooperatively with internal departments to improve the velocity of the business and to create solutions that serve the best interests of our customers. We value self-starters and those willing to help grow the company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Become an expert in managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce from prospect to customer and all the stages in between.
  • Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Manage quote creation, order processing and day-to-day customer requests.About You:
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B software, successfully selling SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with the market research industry or business intelligence software is highly desirable but not required.
  • Experience selling at a company with ARR in the range of $5 to $25M.
  • Expertise in communicating via email, phone, and video conferencing to generate and nurture leads and prospects.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with a Marketing team which will be a key source of sales leads.
