About the Job

You’ll be joining some of the best and brightest in the online reporting/Dashboards/BI/Data Science space working on our app, Displayr. This is a new role for us, which will suit someone looking to blend the industry knowledge whilst constantly adding value to the customer from a user perspective but also in regards to our various offerings.

As the Team Leader – Customer Success for Displayr, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading an established and highly capable team of nine Customer Success professionals to ensure we are continuously exceeding expectations as well as effectively upselling our various offerings.
  • Effectively manage our accounts to ensure we exceed customer expectations and know, even before the customer does, how we can continue to add value to their business.
  • Whilst this is not a sales role, the successful person will be required to work closely with the sales team around any opportunities that may allow Displayr to increase its foothold in the market. Despite our geographical locations we do encourage cross pollination to ensure no opportunities are missed!

Essential:

  • You will have 5+ years experience in leading customer facing teams in a high velocity SaaS & B2B environment.
  • Solid experience in leading a Customer Success team within a startup environment, across several geographical locations.
  • Your detailed experience will include building the processes for the full life cycle of the customer experience including on-boarding, adoption, expansion and ongoing end user engagement.
  • Your detailed exposure in creating beneficial growth strategies to your customers will ensure your long term success in this role.
  • A proven track record in enhancing the customer experience. You will keep our valued customers fully informed on our product offerings ensuring they know where and now Displayr can help their business.
  • Highly numerate: we and our customers are all about data
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Based in Chicago with full working rights. Relocation/remote conditions will not be offered on this occasion

Desirable:

Experience in a company selling technical software would be advantageous, but not essential.
