We have a newly created opportunity in our Chicago office for a Customer Success Leader. Mentor a team of like minded professionals to ensure customer excellence is being delivered, whilst identifying opportunities for expanding these relationships.
You’ll be joining some of the best and brightest in the online reporting/Dashboards/BI/Data Science space working on our app, Displayr. This is a new role for us, which will suit someone looking to blend the industry knowledge whilst constantly adding value to the customer from a user perspective but also in regards to our various offerings.
As the Customer Success Leader for Displayr, you will be responsible for:
