About The Job

If you are a quantitative marketer researcher looking for change in direction, this is the perfect role for you.

Based in our Chicago office, you’ll be joining some of the best and brightest in the data science and market research space. This is a totally unique role and will suit someone looking to blend their technical knowledge and skills with their passion for helping others learn and be successful.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success based in London, the successful candidate’s time will be split across the following:

  • Supporting Sales in all technical aspects of selling Displayr and Q.
  • Customized demonstrations. This will be done primarily through web meetings.
  • Onboarding new customers to make sure they are successful with and getting value from our products.
  • Training customers in the use of our apps. This will be done primarily through web meetings.
  • Account management of existing customers to help grow their usage of Displayr and Q


About You



  • Experience working as a hands-on Market Research Consultant.
  • At least two years' experience using either SPSS, Q, WinCross, or Survey/Desktop Reporter analyzing data. Experience using Q would be extremely advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience presenting to customers and prospects via Webex or alternative web based meeting platform.


Desirable experience

  • Experience in training, such as training new users of technology, training people on replacing existing technology/processes with new processes.
  • Experience using R or SAS.
  • Postgraduate qualification.
  • An understanding of statistics/data science.
  • Sales or pre-sales experience
