We have a brand new role for an absolute technology ninja, who will refine, automate and improve the way that all of our sales, marketing, and customer systems work together.

We have offices in Chicago, London and Sydney, but we would consider candidates based anywhere, as long as they are an absolute gun with systems!

You will:

  • Increase our efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to clearly understand and address gaps in current processes.
  • Own data integrity between Salesforce.com, Pardot, and other company systems.
  • Optimize our new user onboarding process, tracking the status of new users across our sales cycle.
  • Manage a small team that will be dispersed across Australia, the US and UK.

About You

Essential:

  • Hands on: While the role will have a direct report and dotted-line reports, we are looking for somebody whose primary contribution will be doing the actual optimization of our systems.
  • Expert user of Salesforce. We struggle to get salesforce to hum. We need a salesforce Ninja.
  • System integration: ability to get all systems to talk to each other (e.g., by using APIs and scripting languages). If you can't write some code, this isn't the job for you.

 

Desirable:

  • Experience using any apps in our sales/marketing/customer stack: Pardot, Segment, ChurnZero, Outreach, Zendesk.
  • Experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
