What happens if I add a second license half way through the year?
You can choose whether:
- You want the license to be partially pro-rated in terms of both price and usage. If you add a second license half way through the year, this means that this second license is priced at half the first license, and that the average usage permitted for the entire year goes up by 50% (i.e., the total usage permitted for the entire year becomes 60 hours per week). Typically, this is appropriate if adding a new person to your team.
- You want a full license, in which case you get the total annual number of hours (i.e., 52 weeks times 40 hours of editing and 100 hours of viewing), to be consumed in the remainder of the year. E.g., if you purchased half way through your annual license period, this would give you 80 hours of editing and 200 hours of viewing per week. Typically, this is appropriate if buying a license to add to the total amount of editing or viewing time for your team.
