An edit or viewer license is required to view privately published dashboards. (If your company has view mode hours, these can be used in lieu of viewer licenses).Can I have modules from different tiers?
No, tiers are defined at an account level. All edit licenses for an account will be at the same tier for all users.
What is the difference between Data Stories and Displayr?
Displayr is our complete product that includes the Data Stories module.
Can I buy just the non Data Stories part of Displayr?
Not yet. We are planning to roll out our statistics only module in Q2 2024.
Do you charge sales tax or applicable consumption taxes?
Displayr is required to charge sales tax or consumption tax in certain countries and US states. Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar consumption tax will be applied at checkout after the billing information is provided and before checkout is complete.
Do you offer monthly billing?
No, we only currently offer annual billing.
Can you send me an invoice?
Yes. Initial subscriptions can be paid via card or invoice. All renewals will be sent an invoice subject to our payment terms.
What payment options do you support?
Displayr currently supports card or EFT payments.
